1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Akashalabdhi Defence mission portals or utilizing our tactical hardware, you agree to comply with all security protocols and operational mandates outlined herein. Unauthorized access to encrypted layers is strictly prohibited under international cyber directives.

2. HARDWARE DEPLOYMENT

All delivered hardware units are subject to end-user license agreements. Physical modification of ruggedized enclosures may void all security certifications and operational guarantees.

3. INTELLECTUAL SOVEREIGNTY

All tech-specs, architectural schematics, and biometric protocols remain the exclusive property of Akashalabdhi Defence. Unauthorized reverse engineering is a breach of strategic security protocols.

4. LIABILITY DIRECTIVES

Akashalabdhi is not liable for data loss or operational failure resulting from the use of non-certified peripherals or unauthorized software modifications to our secure LxS kernel.
